Last updated: May 24, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PLASSX collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with our websites, products, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, enterprise services, and related AI discovery infrastructure.

PLASSX provides infrastructure for intelligent physical environments, including AI-driven discovery, contextual recommendations, spatial intelligence, AI visibility, and environment intelligence. We process information to operate, secure, improve, and support those services for enterprise customers.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information, business contact details, workspace information, authentication records, usage logs, API request metadata, SDK telemetry, support communications, billing information, and security logs.

Where customers integrate PLASSX into their applications or physical environments, we may process environment context, zone identifiers, device or session identifiers, request timestamps, approximate location or proximity signals, recommendation queries, and operational data submitted through APIs or SDKs.

3. Customer Data and End User Data

Enterprise customers control the data they submit to PLASSX through their environments, applications, and systems. PLASSX processes customer data to provide the contracted services and in accordance with customer configuration, applicable agreements, and documented instructions.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining required consents, and ensuring that their use of PLASSX complies with applicable privacy, data protection, and electronic communications laws.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, monitor, maintain, and improve PLASSX services; authenticate users; operate APIs and SDKs; generate recommendation outputs; measure AI visibility; deliver support; analyze service performance; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, improve models and infrastructure, and develop enterprise features, provided such information does not identify a customer or end user.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, infrastructure providers, security vendors, payment processors, professional advisors, affiliates, and other parties as required to operate PLASSX or comply with law.

We may disclose information if required by legal process, regulatory request, enforceable government demand, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of PLASSX, our customers, users, or the public.

6. Security

PLASSX uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption, logging, monitoring, segmentation, secure development practices, and vendor review.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customers should configure access permissions, API keys, SDK scopes, and integration settings according to their internal security requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support security operations, and maintain business records.

Retention periods may vary based on data type, customer configuration, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

8. International Transfers

PLASSX may process and store information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including contractual protections and operational controls.

9. Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of personal information. Requests relating to customer-controlled data may need to be directed to the relevant PLASSX customer.

To submit a privacy request, contact contact@plassx.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, console, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use of PLASSX after an update means the updated policy applies.
