1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PLASSX websites, software, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, documentation, enterprise services, and related AI discovery infrastructure. By accessing or using PLASSX, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

If you are using PLASSX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

PLASSX provides AI discovery infrastructure for intelligent physical environments, including contextual recommendation systems, conversational AI orchestration, spatial intelligence, AI visibility, analytics, APIs, SDKs, and enterprise dashboards.

Specific service commitments, support levels, usage limits, security requirements, and commercial terms may be set out in an order form, master services agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement between PLASSX and the customer.

3. Accounts and Access

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, API keys, access tokens, SDK credentials, and workspace permissions. Customers are responsible for all activity under their accounts and integrations.

You must promptly notify PLASSX of any unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security incident involving PLASSX services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and rights associated with all data, content, prompts, metadata, environment information, and integration inputs submitted to PLASSX.

Customers must provide required notices, obtain required consents, and ensure their applications, environments, and end-user experiences comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, accessibility, data protection, and electronic communications laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PLASSX to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, misrepresent recommendations, engage in deceptive practices, transmit malicious code, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer services, or interfere with service integrity.

PLASSX may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, customers, end users, third parties, or PLASSX systems.

6. APIs, SDKs, and Integrations

Use of PLASSX APIs and SDKs is subject to applicable documentation, usage limits, authentication requirements, rate limits, and security controls. Customers are responsible for implementing integrations securely and maintaining compatibility with updates.

PLASSX may modify APIs, SDKs, and documentation to improve performance, security, reliability, and functionality. Where practical, PLASSX will provide notice of material changes affecting enterprise integrations.

7. AI Outputs and Recommendations

PLASSX provides AI-assisted recommendations, rankings, analytics, and visibility signals based on available data, customer configuration, and system models. Outputs may not be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Customers are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and governing how outputs are presented, relied upon, or acted upon in their own products, environments, and user experiences.

8. Intellectual Property

PLASSX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, APIs, SDKs, models, documentation, interfaces, designs, and underlying technology. Customers retain ownership of customer data, subject to rights granted to PLASSX to provide the services.

Feedback may be used by PLASSX without restriction or obligation, provided it does not include confidential customer information.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and may use it only for the purposes of the business relationship, except as required by law or permitted in a written agreement.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, PLASSX services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. PLASSX disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLASSX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

PLASSX or the customer may terminate access according to the applicable agreement. Upon termination, customers must stop using PLASSX services, APIs, SDKs, and credentials, and PLASSX may delete or retain data according to the applicable agreement and retention policies.
